Chinoski to serve SNUG board as President

(Minneapolis, MN April 24, 2018) – Startel National Users’ Group (TeamSNUG)
is pleased to announce that Ryan Chinoski has been elected and will be serving
the Board of Directors as President for 2018.

TeamSNUG selected Chinoski because of his exceptional dedication and
involvement in the business as well as his extensive knowledge of the call center
industry. He has demonstrated service to others through SNUG and he and his
company are leaders in the industry. “We are fortunate to have a person like Mr.
Chinoski who is willing to donate his valuable time to our organization”, said Dan
L’Heureux Executive Director of TeamSNUG “and by doing so he is working to
improve the quality of the Telephone Answering Service Industry as well.”

Chinoski is Director of Operations for Rochester Telemessaging Center, a
telephone answering and Call Service Center based in Rochester Hills, MI and
founded in 1972. This company has been an active member of SNUG since its
inception in 1987. “I am honored and grateful for this opportunity” said Chinoski
“to collaborate with other successful call centers across the country and
participate in an outstanding user group like SNUG.”
